Marc,

I'm going to keep that Plaza together, it's definitely a good builder!

Once again, nice pics! I'm assuming the 2DR HT '57 Belve is a parts car?

Awesome finds once again John, I really dig the '57 Belvedere sedan and that '56 Oldsmobile... I sometimes wish I had more money.

I'm going to clean it out this weekend and make that determination. I don't know how severe the rust is in it.

I have never had a basic Plymouth that is equipped this way. No heater, flathead six, but has powerflite, power steering, and power brakes.

---John[/quote] Must be a rare combo then huh? When you get some time can you take some more pictures and think of a price? Thanks John, I need to see how much I'd need to sell the Studebaker for unless you'd want it ^^; Also when you get the time to do this, can I ask for...repair costs? You have all the parts to get her driving again. I just want a semi decent driver, something easier than what I have now that's a '57 Plymouth. Thanks again John.

Great finds since the last time I was here, Allan looks like he can be in a Los Lobos cover band.

That red 59 wagon in the back of the one pic looks cool and I don't know why but I really like that green 57.

Just goot this '57 Belvedere sedan in, supposedly ran until an aftermarket gauge shorted out and burned some wiring.

I'll try to find time to investigate further once I get a few tasks accomplished here.

At this time, the wings will stay on. I want to find if the car is roadworthy after doing some repairs, then I will decide.

That Dodge I have been wanting to get hasn't been on CL for weeks so I don't think they have it anymore and I have a question for something else.

I have looked at the photos here and in the parts section of your site but I didn't see anything so I want to ask for future reference.

I have found a 1967 Mustang for $600 that my family is going to try & help me get it so I want to know if you have stuff for them or do they come out as quick as they come in?

Hi Matt,

I do have some body panels for '67 Mustang, as well as a parts car here. Most parts for them can be bought as reproductions, and are reasonable, as there are numerous companies competing.

67 Mustang would be a good one to build Matt, Parts are plentiful like John says and they do reproduce a lot of body parts. Smile

Thanks, after asking the question I had seen seats for around $300 plus other parts. If I can help it I will look for original stuff more than reproductions unless they are for less then them.

The Mustang doesn't have a title though which I heard some places can be a problem.

Well that is a no on the Mustang since it would also cost me over $800 & such more just to get a title so I wouldn't need anything anyways.

I can't wait to see the cars you get in next time.

Sweet cars.

I haven't found my own car yet which would have to wait until next month. If I had the money to buy and get one shipped here I would love to own anything like those.

John, What became of the T-bird you showed us awhile back? I thought it was in this thread. maybe the old forum?

What do you have along the lines of turn key driveable convertibles or ones that would require very little to make driveable? Reason I ask is I'm looking for something I can drive this summer while Christine get's assembled.

Thanks John,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,
Are you speaking of the '56 T-Bird I had? If so, I sold it last January. I'm fairly tall, and just didn't fit in the car well, so it was uncomfortable for me.

I'll do some looking regarding a convertible, but nothing really springs to mind.
