For those who don't know, Wildwood, NJ is a shore vacation town big in the summer of course, but important to me because LOTS of '50s-'60s space-age motels were built there, and preservationists are trying to save them. Twice or three times a year they have classic-car shows (believe it or not, no Christine-clone or near-Christine sightings yet!) Friday and Saturday nights those weekends, the cars are off the boardwalk and on the streets for cruise nights, so it's a little like the scene in the book where Arnie (Roland) and Dennis in Christine go back in time like ghosts to 1958.
