Hell yeah Joe. I'll pick up the chromed parts this friday. Till then I'm gonna mess with the amp a little.  Last night I decided to plug it in and look at it in the dark. She's getting power and a few tubes are dimly lit. I have a hunch the arc blew out a power tube. I ordered a complete new set of tubes because someone has been in the amp already and replaced the capacitors. It's a gamble but I just can't let go until I exhaust all my own efforts. It's a sickness I tell ya! Laughing

Ha, ha, my dad had a name for that sickness, it was called "fine tuning", it became kind of the running joke between him and I cause every time one of us would fiddle with something just a little bit more to "fine tune" it to get it just right, it would bite us in the end so then we were always saying, don't fine tune that!
