One of my favorite pop machines is the Jacobs! It has a rounded top. Nicknamed the mailbox type machine. Very cool. Smile

You are very correct!
Everything did look good in the '50's, also stuff was made just so much better then.Very Happy
You didn't have cheap plastic stuff back then like now you find everywhere in these days. Even the new cars now I have seen is being made with plastic! :Marc : Yes, I know that it makes the cars a lot lighter weight- but plastic when it gets old, it gets brittle then breaks.
I have made a commitment to myself- to never own any new cars just old cars cause they are made just so much better. And if you take very good care of an old car- it will remain like new. Very Happy

Ok, I should have known that.
You know when your mind goes blank all of a sudden and it seems that you can't remember anything? Well, that's what just happened to me when I asked that question. Now I feel dumb for asking it.
Makes sense now using the word "Pitcher" now cause for one, my mind came back to me and second, how it is a Coca-Cola machine that dispenses ice-cold pitchers of soda.

Well, thanks for telling it to me anyhow.
