PostSubject: Seat covers-but not upholstery   Sun Sep 13, 2015 12:26 pm

Hey does anyone know of a place to get the old school seat covers for a split back bench seat, I'm talking about the slip on covers to protect the upholstery. Just about everything on ebay now is for bucket seats and modern cars. Thanks.

I am sorry Chris but I don't know of any.
I am pretty much in the same boat as you- I also need seat covers for my car (has a split bench front seat) and I cant find any seat covers with the low back split bench front seat...
Right now I am using hillbilly seat covers. Hee! Hee!
I am using towels and sheets cause if I don't the seats are so bad the foam is exposed so little bits of the torn upholstery and little bits of deteriorating foam sticks to your pants when you get out of the car.

Did you check out JC Whitney? It seems to me that they use to carry a lot of stuff like that...maybe they still do?

Good idea Bob.. I always forget about JC Whitney. They seem to have a lot of the odd stuff. I bet they do have something like that. I always remember looking through that book for hours.lol. Smile
