I personally don't think Christine will ever be re-made. It is a classic '83 horror movie, and that is that. Most likely how Hollywood looks at it too...
And to be honest after reading that article, 80's movies from what I have seen are nowhere near today's horror movies. And I like that just fine. I personally don't like to watch new horror movies cause most of them are gory. I don't find that fun to watch.
And I am happy with Christine the way she is, I am glad Hollywood didn't stick gore in the movie.
Say if they did re-make Christine though, you can bet that they would stick gore in the movie. A perfect spot for them to stick gore in is where Christine cut Moochie in half...
And to me- if they did re-make Christine, they would ruin a classic movie, along with classic cars too.
That's just my own personal opinion...
