No. Mishap getting in the garage trying not to hit the hostile neighbor's car in the driveway.

Serge...looks like a clip has popped out of the molding. Got to remove the molding (or at least most of it) and get under there to figure out what happened. May need a repair of a clip or two or perhaps a clip replacement? If you want to fix the dings in the molding...well that's a bit more involved but very doable.

That's what I thought. I see where one of the clips popped out. The "getting under there" part worries me. Thanks.

Found a friendly local body shop for classics in Hemmings. He can get Edna the way I want. It'll happen soon. In the meantime, it's happy driving, three or more times a week.

Good to hear Serge! At least you can take yours out and go for a spin on a regular basis, I'm still doing more interior work among other things.

Just got Edna back from the body shop; it cost a pretty penny but was worth the peace of mind.

Before:

During: The left rear door molding is bent and was being held by by only one clip, by the door edge, which was the wrong kind and gave out in the shop, sending the molding flying, when the man was adjusting the door fit. The man found a better clip; I held the door for him while he drilled the hole to make the new old clip work. Drove her home happy.

Awesome Serge! Glad you were finally able to get the damage sorted out.

Went 65 miles yesterday, doing 60+ on the New Jersey highways. Rain's not a problem since the body-shop treatment (I carry towels in a bag in the trunk that go in the dryer after use; of course she got wiped down after the rain) but window fogging is now that temperatures are dropping. Rain-X liquid didn't quite do the trick.

Driver's-side courtesy light under the dash is out. DIY fix? Update: it came back on today. Guess she was in a good mood.

The latest: back in December the brittle old plastic knob on the turn-signal lever broke and is Krazy Glued on. Just ordered a repro lever, thanks to Facebook's Edsel owners.
