I have been to that site before, I would have to seel some of my bike stuff to be able to get anything for awhile but I like that that place takes money orders because that's all I could do.

My Sears Spaceliner frame & fork is Sold and my Murray Santa Cruz is sold too.

I now have $166 in my pocket which I haven't had that much money since 2002 when I got $1,600 in the Lotto that allowed me to get my first PC which led me to Plymouth Central.

Thanks although I wouldn't care about money if I didn't need it.

I will be taking that frame above to scrap to my brother in-law but the other parts are in the middle of getting cleaned for my Spaceliner.

I might be adding this Mercury bicycle this Wednesday for $40 but it would be less money I would have but I am going to save the rest I have for as long as i can.
http://lakeland.ebayclassifieds.com/bicycles/auburndale/old-mercury-bicycle/?ad=16590576

I am still selling my other bike frames & parts, hopefully I will sell them but the Ladies frames don't really sell that well & even at $20.

I have a question about light bulbs, does anyone know if there is an LED version of this light bulb 2.5VO.3A?

I got a few things at the flea market.

The parts are a $5 Wald headset 4080, $5 Wald 1990 bottom bracket which they had a few more but no more money after the kids yellow & black Super Siren Bicycle Alarm number 102 with no date made in Taiwan judging by the box it's 70's/80's in the box for $5 but it is missing the mounting hardware so I have to figure how to get it on.

Thanks,I haven't tried the siren yet since I don't have a 9 volt battery and I wished I had someone close by that knows how to fix old lights like the one on the bike because the light half works weirdly.

I put batteries in it then nothing, your supposed to put the batteries flip the switch then light up but with the switch off I push the light bulb to the batteries then lights up a little which it shouldn't do when it's switched off and I have had the batteries not touching the rear contact for the switch but touch the light bulb still the light comes on when it is not supposed to so if anyone can figure out that weird whatever is happening let me know?

I still don't know who I can get to paint my Christine bike but below here I go again.

Late 90's Murray Valiant Classic which I didn't pay much for it, has everything except the original red with white stripe fenders and it's rusty mostly on the fork and everything else seems ok but dirty.

Also someone replaced the original rear wheel or just the rim because it has left over rubber from brakes and it has been rode hard by the looks of it.

I feel for you, Matt. I have had that happen with cars people agree to sell, and when you go back, you've found they sold it to someone that offered more money. Once i even drove 200 miles and had this happen!

Thanks

Probably didn't even hear me because I am not a loud talker but it was a a cool bike even if someone painted it flat black over the bike including the stickers and it might have been a $200 bike too.

I wished there was a place really close to me that had old bikes but there isn't and the older guys get out before I can and pick up the trashed bikes.

Thanks.

Now after a few minutes yesterday someone else puts a complete but needs to be cleaned & fixed 1971 Schwinn Stingray Apple Krate for $200 that usually sell for $500 to even $1000 that I would like to have, it's been like everything I want to sell and want to get this year is just not going right, every time when I have money lately nothing I need but after I spend money on stuff I need less the better stuff I really have been waiting for comes up for sale then I can't get it.

He is going to end up getting his bike sold.
