I don't know if I'm getting "old timers" disease or if I'm just plain stupid but I can't seem to figure out how to route the belts on my motor. I have a 350 GC with air...

Now, I have a 3 groove crank pulley. The fan/water pump pulley lines up with the crank pulley closest to the block. The A/C compressor and generator are both dual pulley and there's the power steering pump to consider. Any idea as to how they should be run?

Here's a 350 GC with air. Can't see well enough to decipher how the belts are run though. Sad

Judging by the above picture, There are two belts that run from the 2 grooves closest to the block on the crank pulley to both the Generator and AC compressor. The power steering belt then runs to the outer most groove on the crank pulley to the water pump above. So, that means I have the wrong stinking fan pulley as mine aligns with the groove closest to the block.

Still, in the above picture it doesn't look to me like the belt on the power steering pump angles up to the water pump pulley.. scratch

Interesting Marc. Is a 413 the same "block" as the 350? Parts may be interchangeable...

I could REALLY use the power steering pump.. if it lines up with the 3rd outer groove on the crank pulley. I wonder if NY Bob might have a use for anything off of it. I guess I'll have to make a call or two. Smile
