 threaded rod ?

Your best bet is to buy a piece if threaded rod in stainless steel and cut the posts to length. There would have been cup style washers and nuts that fastened them to the car.

but there is a problem :

USA = imperial unit

France = metric unit

Hee! Hee!

it's not available in France, the threading is different  No

if anyone can tell me what to take on ebay ?

There has to be a hardware store in France. I think you are looking for 3/16" NC (National Coarse) Find someone with a tap set tool kit and check the size. Bolts can be used. Should be enough thread to just cut it off and buy nuts that match. Go to a machine shop, They love to show people the differences of bolts. They may have some in stock.

I confirm that there is nothing in France Neutral

however a mechanic told me it may be 10/24 unc?

the 3/16 "NC, it's sure?

on ebay or amazon which bolts or threaded rod will you take ? scratch

None in the whole of France? That's a pretty bold statement. 10-24 is 3/16 NC so go for it!.

gearbox oil (dexron), even that I have trouble finding in France Shocked

but we have plenty of wine and cheese Hee! Hee!

I think I'll find that easily in the UK
