I am wondering if anyone might have any 57 Chrysler Imperial fenders for sale. I'm looking as a favor for a friend of mine.

Does your friend's Imperial have single headlights, or dual headlights on each fender. They were made both ways in 1957.

thats a cool fact john
The federal Dept. of transportation would not allow dual light fenders until mid year '57, and some states lagged behind until the '58 model year. Some Chryslers, Imperials, Mercury, and probably others I am not remembering had both styles, Joe.

i believe i read once that Plymouth planned on having quad headlights for the 57 year but was turned down by the d.o.t. i have noticed over the years almost all 58s have 4 headlights

Not sure, but I found out that he is looking for a passenger side. I don't know why he didn't tell me in the first place.
