Wow...you have quite an amazing fortitude Wayne. It shows all over the place here. I wish you the best with this very unique and way cool Wurlitzer Juke Box project. Can't you bring it in...down in the play room (basement) at least? Can't wait to hear her roar...

Bob

I spent last evening experimenting with the blue tooth audio. Mixed results is the best way to describe what I came up with. Some songs sound great. Others not so good. I used 3 different phones and found the newest had the best sound. Another factor was the batteries on the phones. As the batteries got low the sound quality seemed to diminish. If the phone was plugged in the sound seemed to stay relatively consistent. All in all I wasn't satisfied with the sound quality. I couldn't replicate the playback issues I was having while connected to the tube amp. Still, the blue tooth device itself may not be working properly. The plan is to try different cable configurations and go with a new blue tooth receiver if all else fails. Stay tuned! Smile

I am happy to report that I was able to make contact with a company on fakebook that is reproducing the "Stereophonic Music" plastic valance! They are in production now and will be available for the new year. He didn't mention price so I'm sure they won't be cheap. Such is life when you strive to restore cool old stuff! Smile

That's awesome Wayne. Looks like a nice reproduction. Keep up all the good work on this very nice jukebox. Wink

I really do like the style of this one!

One more reason to never give up the search for parts....

After finding and getting my hands on the reproduction "Stereophonic Music" valance I was down to needing 2 more parts to complete this project. The last items needed are the upper and lower rear cabinet covers. Today I got lucky and got found the bottom cover! The last thing I need now is the upper. Whether it takes me a day, a month or a year I'll eventually find one. LOL So as it stands I'm down to needing one last part. Here's a picture of the rear lower cover that will be on it's way very soon if anyone gives a rats ass.. LOL

Been a long time but I finally found the Top rear cover for this jukebox! Aside from the reproduction side plastics which are almost available for purchase by the manufacturer she's now 100% complete...

She still needs a complete restoration and unfortunately I don't have the know how as to how to fix her. She stopped playing records last summer and the amp has been plagued with issues. I've had it serviced twice and she still winds up having problems. I suspect it needs a tube or two so we'll see what happens. Smile

Just got word yesterday that my side plastics are ready for shipping. Now she'll be 100% complete. If I can get her working again I'll be set...

I'm sure I can fix the turntable motor Chris. It locked up on me so needs a tear down and rebuild. The selector issue is another problem. Only plays one side of all the records. Sadly it's beyond my novice knowledge of these machines.
